how is it hard??

select your model, select the items (e.g. rear seat bench) and then you have the part numbers!!

you can even put your vin number in!

it helped me identify that i could get a new rear seat cover for my forfour with 3 clicks.....

merc oxford were going to send me the EPC printout to make sure I was sure they were ordering the right part and when i said i had the russian one in front of me he said the info would be the same.

well when I find it doesn't deliver, i'll just ring up merc

just didn't seem worth paying 20Euros for 2 parts that totalled £6inc vat and delivery

I prefer the idea of updated part numbers, english language and a 100% understanding of what your looking at.

The Russian one is ok to find a rough idea of what you want, but nothing beats the genuine thing.

I can't see anything coming up for any of the models other than the 451 & 454 models... Am I doing something wrong? I have a 450 and a 452!

Official EPC for me too. €21 is an absolute bargain for an up to date list of parts. I wouldn't be happy relying on the Russian one!

You can also access the car's datacards as well. Which can be useful on occasion.

i apologise for trying to help and save somebody some money - jeez.....no wonder people are leaving this place in their droves!! haha!!

i will continue to use the free system for reference

I don't - hence why I didn't buy the live paid for version

Also, google translates the site perfectly!

I've sent in a query to tell them that the 450 and 452 list is not working ... but hey, you guy won't be interested
