Hi can anyone tell me where the washer bottle is on a 03 smart passion just bought it and cant find it

You need to use a key (or coin) to release the left hand side (as you look at it) panel just below the windscreen. You should then be able to access the filler neck to the washer bottle, which will pull out slightly to make filling easier!

Open the left hand (as you look at the front of the car) "service hatch" stupid grill thing with your key, turn 90 degrees.
Up against the front panel is the pop off lid, You can pull it up a bit to get better access.

I second the funnel, lost the skin off my hand many a time trying to pull the tube out to fill the bottle up without one!
