switch for windscreen wipers

im having problems with my windscreen wipers. they wont turn off, the SAM is bone dry so im guessing its the motor. a few weeks ago i found a thread where someone hade made their own switch using the fuse for the wipers. i cant find this thread now, any one got a link to it?
