Need to find Service Center

I've done shed loads of searching and ringing round im trying to find a good service center, in the North Staffs & South Manchester area? that knows a fair amount about SMARTS to no avail.

Best i can find is Liverpool which is a bit far away from Kidsgrove in Stoke on Trent.

Can anyone help me out
