Rattle on front right hand

Our 4 2 is LHD first reg 2000 it has developed a very irritating rattle above the battery. Any ideas as to what it can be.

Have you lifted the carpet and had a look?

Yes no problem there.
A friend wonders if it could be the top suspension bush

I'd imagine it *sounds* like it's coming from the battery, but is more likely coming from the suspension.
Probably a worn drop link.

Thank you that points us in the right direction. Are drop links difficult to get to and replace
