ok thanks peeps, i have given the numbers to the iwm , if any one else would like to come there is also public car parking although i am hoping we can squeeze them in as our cars are smaller lol cheers
have decided on using the station road east whittlesford as a meeting point at say 9am leaving 9.30 ,there is a rail station car park there (meeting point)and a holiday inn, the post code is cb22 4nl cheers !

That sounds a great idea. I assume it is the same place as the Red Lion for any strangers who don't know.

It will be fun getting out of there though so would suggest we do a left up to the roundabout then back on ourselves. Yeah a smart roundabout - haven't done one of those since Hambach :>)

yes is done , still doing paper work ,need to sign and send back once the postie has delivered it !
