Rust removal - will there be anything left?

The internals come out pretty clean after treatment and pressure wash. Good enough to accept a soft protective coating although the smell left by the ferrets may be sufficient at keeping rust out.

Interior painting can be done:
-the plug all holes out of one
-the hole pour paint and stop and it
-the rolling object so that the paint to get around
If necessary, use something fragrance (optional?) ...

I'll just paint 2 pack epoxy as far in as my brush will reach, then spray soft coating into the cavities with a special Lidl spray probe.
