I want something small and economical and as I worked on the roadster as one of the clay modellers
and so always fancied one

the rising cost of fuel at the time, living in the centre of town, living 37 miles away from work, the semi automatic gearbox, a diesel engine, it ticked all the boxes, I found an ex demonstrator at the right price with 2800 miles on the clock, still got it, it's now got 102000 miles on the clock and still going really well, as much as I like the look of the 453, they don't make a diesel model, so I'll keep mine thanks as it's so economical and reliable I can't fault it
