      Yes, I did but also noticed that they were cheating. Starter battery and auxiliary drive were not chilled but remained at room temperature.
      Mine, a 0.8 litre diesel and almost same engine, starts instantly at minus 20C. I also had no problems at minus 28C but took no photo.

      You need a streamlined inlet duct if you wish your engine to start easily at sub zero temperatures. A stepped inlet duct may cause ice to form, trouble starting, difficulty breathing and reduced power etc etc.
